They are indicative, can change without notice and do not form an offer or contract. Please verify all details with the builder and on the Karnataka RERA website (rera.karnataka.gov.in) before making any payment.

Our role

Squaro Apex is a real estate agent and channel partner registered with K-RERA (registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/XXX/AG/PENDING). We are not the developer of any project shown. Bookings, payments and agreements are made directly with the builder.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, submit false details, attempt to access restricted areas or copy content for commercial use without permission.

Liability

We take care to keep information accurate but are not liable for decisions made on the basis of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
